General
These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. You may want to keep checking from time to time if you feel any changes to these terms and conditions may affect you.
Gift Certificates
A gift certificate is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If this period is exceeded without the gift certificate being used the gift certificate becomes invalid and can no longer be used. We will not refund expired gift certificates.
To redeem a gift certificate it is recipients responsibility to call Peaks Fly Fishing to book. The date will be arranged by Peaks Fly Fishing to be mutually convenient to both parties. However gift certificates for specific courses can only be used on the specified course.
Peaks Fly Fishing will not contact gift certificate recipients to remind them to use their gift certificate before the expiry date. It is the sole responsibility of the gift certificate recipient to make sure the gift certificate is redeemed before it expires.
Gift certificates are non refundable and have no cash value and may not be resold. `If you purchase a gift certificate using a credit card you make an undertaking to us that you understand they are non refundable and you will not try and obtain a refund via you credit card company - known in the industry as a "charge back". This does not affect your statutory rights.
Once the recipient has booked their tuition, if they fail to attend without notifying us then we will not offer any refund or re booking and your gift certificate will be no longer valid.
Fly Fishing Tuition
Peaks Fly Fishing may ask for a non refundable deposit of 20% to secure your booking.
You may rearrange your tuition to another date at no cost but we ask that you do this at the earliest opportunity before the booked date.
If you wish to cancel your tuition without rearranging then Peaks Fly Fishing may retain 20% of the cost of your tuition to cover administration costs.
If you do not attend your tuition without notifying us then we reserve the right to charge/retain the full cost of your tuition.
You must read and sign the supplied consent form before tuition commences. We will not provide tuition otherwise.
Coaching is available to children of 12 or over but their parent/guardian needs to be present throughout the day. The parent or guardian must sign the consent form on the child's behalf.
Fly Fishing courses
In the event you decided to cancel your course place we will keep 20% of the value of the course to cover administration costs. If you cancel your course place within 28 days of the course start date then 100% of the course costs will be retained. You may also transfer on to another course at no extra cost but you may only do this once, after this a re booking charge will be made.
If Peaks Fly Fishing cancel the course then you are entitled to a full refund or you may attend another course.
You must read and sign a consent form to take part in any course.
