As the water temperature starts to cool, the trout will become less active and in the rivers will start to think less about feeding and more about spawning.
The Grayling however will start to become active and will feed even on the coldest of days. Fly fishing lessons in Derbyshire and the Peak District over the Autumn months will mainly consist of learning techniques for Grayling on the river and fishing the smaller still waters for rainbow trout.
As Christmas draws nearer you will be interested in our gift vouchers for fly fishing lessons too, you can give the gift of fly fishing this Christmas! Click here >>
