]]> Well I’m delighted to announce that I have won the Field Magazine Cup for the biggest fly caught sea bass at the UK Saltwater Fly Fishing Festival Competition in St Mawes, Cornwall. The bass which measured 44cm on the competition scale was taken after 9 hours of solid fishing when I targeting the flooding tide as it filled rocky gullies on the St Mawes coast. In a frantic half hour of activity I landed three Bass had several pulls and lost a number of other fish!
